03 — The client

BrandSafway is a global construction-services company — scaffolding, access, forming and shoring, insulated metal panels, tunneling, mining — integrating into job sites big and small worldwide. Its marketing team runs dozens of vendors at every major event.

The challenge
ConExpo, the largest construction show in the world, planned nine months out
A 50-by-60 booth and three brand-new products to showcase at once
A first-of-its-kind evening event at Hakkasan with a record RSVP list
Turning a live show into posted content fast enough to matter
A show day already stacked with about twenty vendors to manage
The approach

Full show-floor coverage with same-day edits: booth tours, every product SME on camera, and a hype film from the Hakkasan event cut overnight and posted Friday morning. The work kept going after Vegas — the LA supercenter opening, the Build for LA campaign, the LA Coliseum, the Vincent Thomas Bridge, and the Houston Astros stadium job site.
