Our content belongs to us

Everything on this site — the videos, photographs, written copy, design, logos, and the CDS Visuals name and marks — is owned by CDS Visuals, LLC or by the clients who appear in it, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Our portfolio work is published so prospective clients can evaluate what we do. You may view and share links to it. You may not download, copy, re-upload, edit, or use any of our video or photography for your own or a third party’s commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client names and logos

Client names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site belong to those companies and appear to identify work we produced for them. Their appearance does not imply they endorse any third party.
