Trade Show & Event Coverage

Own the show floor. Post it before the show ends.

Booth coverage, hype cuts, event recaps, and attendee testimonials — shot on the floor, edited the same day.

Why Trade Show & Event Coverage

The show runs four days. The content should run all year.

Trade show video production is on-site coverage of your booth, your machines, and your people — edited and posted while the show is still running. CDS Visuals travels from Fort Mill, SC to shows coast to coast: Las Vegas, Orlando, Chicago, wherever your booth is. We cover booth walkthroughs, product demos, customer and attendee interviews, the after-hours event, and one full recap film your sales team uses all year. Construction and manufacturing exhibitors hire us because we already know the equipment and stay out of the way. BrandSafway credits CDS with roughly twelve times their investment at ConExpo. The PaveX Show hit 392,495 video reach in three days of same-day posting.

Post it while the floor is still busy
A recap that lands next month is a memory. One that lands the same afternoon is still an invitation.
Reach the buyers who never came
The booth only works on the people standing in it. The video works on everybody else in your market.
One show, months of content
Walkarounds, demos, customer interviews and the after-hours event — one floor becomes a library your sales team pulls from all year.
How it works

Six steps. One crew. Zero guesswork.

From the first call to content that's working for you, you'll always know exactly what happens next.

Questions

Common questions about trade show video

What does trade show video coverage cost?

Every show gets scoped on the strategy call and priced up front — no change-order games. What moves the number: how many days you need us on the floor, how much same-day editing you want, and whether we also shoot pre-show teasers and the after-hours event. Travel and accommodations are built into our scopes, so the flight to Vegas is not a surprise line item.

How fast do we get video during the show?

Same day. We edit on site, so hype cuts and interviews post while the floor is still busy. BrandSafway held an event on a Thursday and the hype video was out getting engagement by Friday. Their marketing director put the everyday turnaround at 24 to 36 hours for anything she wanted to post that week.

Do you travel to shows outside the Carolinas?

Yes. CDS Visuals is based in Fort Mill, SC and works shows coast to coast — ConExpo, World of Asphalt, PaveX, and regional shows in between. We handle our own flights, gear, and lodging, and travel is included in our project scopes. You send the booth number and the daily schedule; we work around it.

What do we get after the show ends?

A full event recap film plus everything we shot: booth and product coverage, customer and attendee interviews, vertical social cuts, still photography, custom thumbnails, and captions. It all lands in a tagged, searchable library that stays yours. Most exhibitors get weeks or months of post-show content out of a single show.

Will your crew get in the way of booth traffic?

No. We build a daily in-and-out timeline with your team before the show and shoot around your meetings, demos, and presentations. LeeBoy’s marketing team stayed on the floor selling while we worked the background, and BrandSafway’s marketing director said she never had to babysit us once.

How many videos come out of one trade show?

Enough to post through the show and for months after. A single production day typically yields a long-form piece plus four or more short-form social cuts and photos, and a multi-day show multiplies that. BOMAG’s trade-show coverage has become the most-watched content they produce.

Do you shoot photography too?

Yes — trade show photography comes off the same show days as the video, so you leave with edited stills for the recap, the press release and next year’s booth graphics alongside the films. We don’t sell photography on its own; it is part of what show coverage produces.

Do you cover the after-hours customer event too?

Yes — receptions, awards, dealer dinners, and anniversary parties. BrandSafway’s ConExpo event at the MGM Grand became a hype video people commented on across social all week. Those nights are usually where the best footage of your customers and your own team actually happens.
