Brand video production turns what your company actually does into a film your sales team can open with. CDS Visuals is a video production company in Fort Mill, SC that films brand stories, promos, and recruiting videos for construction and manufacturing companies across the Charlotte metro and nationwide. When the camera cannot show it — an underground utility, the inside of a machine, a building that is not built yet — we build it in animation or 3D. One shoot becomes the flagship film, short cuts sized and captioned for every platform, and a photo library you own outright. Loflin Concrete went from almost no online presence to more than 40,000 views on a single shop video and better job applicants walking in the door.
From the first call to content that's working for you, you'll always know exactly what happens next.
Most agencies hand you one video and keep the rest. You leave every engagement with a full library — tagged, searchable, and yours to keep.
Loflin Concrete has been a family-run concrete business since 1969, with a philosophy of using marketing to let folks know who they are and how they do things. After decades of excellent work, their online presence amounted to a handful of Facebook posts.
We scope it on the strategy call and price the whole job up front — shoot days, deliverables, and travel included, no change-order games. What moves the number is how many production days it takes, how many cut-downs you want, and whether the story needs animation or 3D. You can run it as one project or as a month-to-month partnership.
About five weeks: kickoff in week zero, pre-production in week one, the shoot in week two, first draft in week three, revisions and approval in week four, delivery in week five. One-off projects include two rounds of revisions per deliverable; monthly partners get unlimited. The only thing that moves the timeline is how fast feedback comes back.
Both. When the camera cannot get there — underground, inside the machine, or years into the future — we build it in animation or 3D and cut it into the film. Custom animation is scoped as its own line so you see the cost before we build it. Every project ships with a custom animated logo intro and branded lower thirds.
One production day typically becomes a long-form feature plus four or more short-form social cuts and a set of stills. A two-day shoot usually produces the flagship film, eight or more shorts, and a full photo library. The goal is a system of content, not one video you post once and forget.
You do, permanently. Every clip, photo, graphic, and raw asset goes into a tagged, searchable library that stays yours whether we work together once or for ten years. No licensing windows, no re-use fees, no footage held hostage on somebody else’s hard drive.
Neither. We write the script or the interview questions and coach your people through the day. Nobody expects a superintendent to be an actor. As Abigail Helm at Chicago Pneumatic put it, reading a teleprompter is awkward, but the crew is patient and takes its time until you are comfortable.
The Charlotte metro is a day trip — Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Monroe. Past that we travel coast to coast and have filmed in twenty states. Travel and accommodations are included in our scopes, so distance changes the schedule, not the surprise column on your invoice.
