Hands On Metrology, a ZEISS company, builds some of the most advanced 3D scanning equipment in the world. The hardest part of selling it isn’t the spec sheet — it’s getting a new customer to understand what the system can actually do.
We sat with the team and worked out which verbiage and workflow steps to simplify, then built easy-to-follow how-to videos that show the system in action and make the added value obvious. On set we help with wording so non-native English speakers sound natural, and in post we use the same generation of tooling ZEISS does — which is why the whole process moves as fast as it does. The first webinar we produced with them sold five more scanners than a normal one.
