03 — The client

JP Grading and Utilities is a five-year-old grading and site-utilities contractor — clearing, grading, and underground work. They started with a one-off shoot on a couple of cool jobs and turned it into a monthly partnership.

The challenge
Work that’s hard to explain to anyone who hasn’t stood on a grading site
A schedule that moves with the weather
Four social channels and nobody with time to run them
A crew that has to keep producing while the camera is out
The approach

We pick a day each month around a job worth filming, show up with the PPE and the gear, and stay out of the crew’s way — then run every channel afterward: YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram. Courtney handles the scheduling and the weather calls. Jackson’s only job is showing up.
