Lakeside Pointe, a Beechwood Carolinas property, needed to sell a neighborhood that hadn’t been built yet. In the development team’s long experience, renderings never quite matched what actually got built — which makes them a hard thing to market with.

The approach

Photorealistic 3D renderings and animation built off the actual construction documents — accurate enough that the finished build looks like the render, not a flattering version of it. We stayed on through the build: groundbreakings, a model walkthrough, and the clubhouse grand opening.
