Nixon-Egli is a California heavy-equipment dealer, sixty years in, selling everything from lifting cranes to asphalt paving and road-building equipment. Before CDS they had never done any official marketing — a few trade magazine ads, and that was it.
It started with one paving seminar in Ontario, California, and they were sold on the final product. Since then: event films, customer testimonials, product-support promos, and a brand video — plus logo, rebrand, and literature help whenever they call. Every shoot gets mined for weeks of post content. The 60th anniversary golf tournament is the one they tell people about: flights canceled the night before an 8 a.m. start, the crew flew into whatever state they could reach, picked up a rental in Vegas in the middle of the night, drove to the course, and shot the day on time.
